Faith Formation is a lifelong process. Some of us move along our journey more quickly, some more slowly. This site is intended to be an aid along your journey at whatever your pace. We offer a path to spirituality based on Christian Holy Scriptures and two thousand years of Apostolic Tradition (the teachings of Jesus the Christ as taught by the Apostles and handed down through the Christian Church), itself formed by thousands of years of Jewish Tradition.

We understand you might be beaten, scarred, and weary, especially by people who use words like Christian, Church, and Bible. Rest here and relax. Jesus said, “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)
